Cheer Camp-The Ultimate Experience (Enrichment Program)
This program gives participants a glimpse into the world of cheer and dance. During this experience, they will learn cheer basics, jumps, chants and even a short dance routine. This event will culminate with a performance for family and friends to have a firsthand view of all the skills learned.
Given the current state regarding Covid-19, we have packaged this program into a highly engaging 2 day In-person or 4- Day virtual experience where students not only learn new skills but will have the ability to interact and engage with participants in a creative and safe way. This new program offering is for K-8th grade students.
Big Leaps Program (After-school Enrichment Program)
After a long school day, students are ready to unwind and move. With the After-school Enrichment Program of Leaps ‘N’ Bounds Dance Kidz, their learning will continue as they leap into a world of movement, dance, fitness and cheer. Our program provides students in kindergarten- 8th grade, a fun-filled, age-appropriate and challenging experience while maintaining a well-structured and nurturing environment for its participants. Our talented, professionally trained dance educators and fitness instructors will not only teach but inspire students through their experience in this program.
This program is typically offered in 12-week or Year Round sessions with a class once a week. The final class will include an informal, End-of-Session student performance for parents & family members to attend.
Little Leaps Program (Pre-School Enrichment Program)
This program is an incredible introduction to the world of creative movement, dance & fitness for little ones of preschool age offering the same exceptional level of instruction found at a traditional dance studio. We strive to provide the highest quality, convenient, hassle-free experience possible for parents & their children.
Our preschool classes have themed-based lesson plans centered around themes such as storybooks, animals, characters, etc. By creating this type of learning environment, each child learns through visual displays as well as creative movement and play. These classes are stimulating yet structured while taught through an innovative class format. However, children may not recognize all the knowledge, dance technique & motor skill development achieved due to all the enjoyment gained in their class.
Classes are typically offered in 10-week, 12-week or Year round sessions a class once a week. All sessions will culminate with an End-of-Session Performance showcasing the skills & knowledge gained through program participation.
Summer Camps
Leaps ‘N’ Bounds Dance Kidz provides customized camp offerings based on the needs of the school or organization. Summer camps can range from a one-day workshop, one week or multiple weeks. Whether it’s a short duration or all summer, one thing is the same….our program offers kids an awesome learning experience that introduces campers to an exciting world of movement, dance & fitness while having lots of summer fun!
All of our camps offered will still be on-site at schools &/or community organization for preschoolers through 8th graders who have chosen to have Leaps ‘N’ Bounds added to their summer camp curriculum. With a similar concept to our other programs, the summer camp program provides participants with an introduction to a variety of dance genres in a fun, innovative & positive way. Our summer camp participants will walk away with a wealth of knowledge gained and a tremendous LOVE for Leaps ‘N’ Bounds Dance Kidz.
